    New to CrossFit - What can I expect in a CrossFit class?

    Our workouts can be adjusted to meet you at your current levels. Our experienced coaches can alter weight, time, intensity and movement choice to allow each member in class to get the desired stimulus to improve strength and endurance. CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied meaning that each day you attend class will be different. This variety not only keeps you interested but also continues to challenge your body so you continue to see improvements in body composition, strength and cardiovascular health. A certified coach will take you through a specific warm up, typically followed by a strength and aerobic component with movement demonstrations and technique correction throughout class.
